We make dreams come true for seriously ill children and young people in the Sheffield and South Yorkshire region.
If you know of a seriously ill child aged between 2 and 18 who you think deserves to have their dream come true, then please apply by completing our dream application form.

By submitting a dream request you are giving us the authority to use the child's name for promotional purposes, along with any photographs that you send to us.
